The pricing you see on our website is transparent and for any services that have a spectrum, such as hair color and nail art, we have text consults so both you and our service providers know exactly what to expect ahead of time from cost to amount of time allotted for your service!

  • Hi, hello! This is Jude (he/him), your go-to source for all your booking needs! Thanks to a childhood filled with playing Tetris and Perfection, I'm hoping to make the admin side of your studio experience as smooth as possible. My goal is to be as kind and authentic in every interaction - so if I ask how you’re doing to say I’m glad to see you, I do truly mean it!

    As the front desk manager, you can find me behind the desk or on the shop phone curating our social media, keeping our space tidy, and making sure we keep our seltzer and snacks stacked. I’m also the voice behind our monthly newsletter, and I’m always looking for organizations for our Community Spotlight, or recommendations on any content that’s caught your interest lately! 

    Outside of work, you can find me generally at the overlap in the venn diagram of Gerard Way and Samwise Gamgee. I’m an amateur baker and have been for 6-10 years - I love learning a new recipe, balancing precision and creativity, and getting to share a sweet treat that might be your favorite! I’m also a big fan of stand up comedy, my favorites being Maria Bamford and Kumail Nanjiani. 

    However I can help, I’m happy to do so - and I'm always delighted to swap cat pictures or talk about the latest episode of Game Changer.

Our Front Desk Manager Jude oversees our general booking, schedule Tetris, shop questions, social media, and newsletter. He is here Wednesday through Saturday. Our coordinator Mik, who is also our nail tech, is here for your booking needs on Monday & Tuesdays.


Now that you’ve booked your appointment, what can you expect?

You’ve sent your appointment request, now what?

  • Within 24-48 hrs depending on day of week and service providers hours you can expect to receive a confirmation from our automated line or any clarifying questions from our direct shop line!

  • Expect to hear from our automated system number 1-833-614-0924, for all out of studio urgent messaging.

  • Text us with any questions 24/7 at 215-980-9989 to reach us real humans and we will respond as soon as we are in studio again!

  • For your first time here you will receive a welcome packet in your email which covers more information in-depth for our anxious folks.

  • Appointment reminders, dependent on your communication opt ins, you’ll receive an email reminder 3 days ahead of time and a text reminder 2 hours ahead of time from our automated number.
