Hi I’m Mik! 

I’m a visual artist and recently licensed nail technician!

My love of art and creating extends back through my childhood. I’ve always been happiest with a craft to work on. For me, nail art is another extension of my creative interest in fashion as self-expression!

I’m a very lighthearted person, and there are few things that I take as seriously as my dedication to improving my craft. It’s such a thrill to learn a new technique and see my practice pay off when everything finally “clicks” during the process. 

10 years after getting my Bachelors in Fine Art, I decided I was ready to expand my professional skill set and complete the course to become a licensed nail technician so I could bring some art to work with me!  

When you decide to trust me with your nails, know that I’ll be figuratively and literally holding your hand throughout our time together. There have been moments when I've sat in the nail chair and felt too embarrassed to ask the technician what they are doing or why, but as a curious person I welcome any and all questions in my chair. Our appointment will always start off with a thorough consultation and I will continue to check in with you during every step along the way until you’re re-booked and heading home! 

My aim is to offer a space where people of all gender expressions can be encouraged to explore the fun they can have with their nail styling! Aside from how they look, our hands are one of our most utilized body parts and do so much throughout the day, they deserve some extra TLC! Whether this will be your first manicure or you’re a long-time client, I’m looking forward to holding hands with you.

New to the world of manicures and nail care? Concerned about the state of your nails and cuticles? This manicure service is for you!

We will start off thoroughly consulting and discussing any questions/concerns you might have about the process and your nail health specifically. The manicure will include trimming and shaping of the nail, gentle but detailed cuticle care, a relaxing hand and forearm massage, hot towel, and your choice of classic nail polish or all natural buff and shine.

We will end with discussing future nail maintenance and setting you up to achieve your long term nail goals!

1 hour 30 minutes - $40

This service includes a thorough consultation, removal of pre-existing lacquer nail polish, trimming and shaping of the nail, cuticle care and maintenance, a relaxing hand and forearm massage, hot towel, and a fresh coat of polish or all natural buff and shine 

1 hour 30 minutes - $45

This service includes a thorough consultation, trimming and shaping of the natural nail, cuticle care and maintenance, a relaxing hand and forearm massage, hot towel, and up to 3 solid colors of gel polish 

Please note if you arrive with gel polish or nail extensions on and there is not enough time to accommodate the Removal then I will not be able to complete your service.

2 hours - $60

This service includes a thorough consultation, careful removal of any pre-existing gel nail polish, trimming and shaping of the nail, cuticle care and maintenance, a relaxing hand and forearm massage, hot towel, and a fresh coat of gel polish with up to 3 solid colors

Emphasize your personal style by adding nail art to any manicure! Whether you want to keep it refined and classy, or go fully wild with embellishments, I’m excited to bring your nail style vision to life! No minimum length is needed for nail art but some designs are exclusive to gel polish products. Please select the tier with the description that is closest to your goal. Have at least one inspo photo prepared because I will be reaching out directly for your design goals to ensure I have the products needed and the proper amount of time booked!

30 minutes - $15

polka dots, stripes, simple florals, french tips, up to 10 gem embellishments

45 minutes - $30

up to 4 nails have detailed designs, full set of pre-designed set options, up to 4 nails have cat eye / chrome, 1 hand sculpted 3D elements, up to 25 gem embellishments

1 hour+ - $50+

full set custom designed nail art, full use of cat eye, chrome, 3 or more hand sculpted 3D elements, unlimited embellishments, whatever we have in the studio!

1 hour+ - $40

you pick 3 colors and I do all the rest! No takesies-backsies once the design work starts, you get what you get and I get the chance to show off more of the work that I love creating!
