Gratuity is accepted as a sign of good work and care. If you enjoyed your service at Transfiguration, feel free to leave a gratuity. Tips are accepted via cash or card. (Cash is our preferred method.) If you're unsure of what's customary, the general service industry tipping percentage applies -- 15%-20%.

Our approach to sliding scale at Transfiguration is having a spectrum of prices across our hair crafters so you can choose who is the best fit for you and your budget. Each of our haircrafters are trained to work with all fabrics of hair, so you will be in great hands no matter who you book with!

Each one of our hair crafters offer a variety of services & specialties for cutting and coloring. We also have an esthetician who offers beauty & skin services. Additionally, we now offer both regular polish and gel manicures, with gel-x extension soon to come!

At Transfiguration Hair Studio your gratification and comfort are our goals. We will always ensure your happiness with any of our services. If for any reason you are less than thrilled with the outcome of your service, please contact us within 2 weeks of your appointment for a complimentary adjustment.

We care deeply about the immunocompromised members of our community and will continue to practice illness mitigation efforts. We have no plans to cease our mandatory masking at any point in the future.
Mask up using ear loop maks:
Ear loop masks are mandatory for entrance to Transfiguration Hair Studio and for the duration of your service. Please ensure that your mask is clean and properly fitting, we will do the same for you with the masks we are wearing. If you do not specifically have an ear loop mask, we have disposable ear loop masks available at the desk for a $1 fee. For non-hair services you may wear whatever style mask you find most comfortable as long as it is properly fitted and clean.
Air Filtration:
We have a OKAYSOU brand AirMic4S Air Purifier running at all times that we are open. This is a HIPA grade air filtration system. There is one purifier in our main salon room, one in the private spa room, and one for the staff in our break room. Our nail station features an Aerovex Whisper source capture filtration system that is running during all nail services to mitigate any dust, vapors, or fumes created.
A note on our Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy had been instituted to create job safety for our service providers, however we will always waive for illness. By waiving our cancellation policy we are upholding a different sort of safety for our staff, other clients, and you. If you are feeling any symptoms of COVID-19 or are unwell in any way, please text to reschedule without the worry of any cancellation policy restrictions.
